COURAGE is a six-week introductory program for people who would like to join a CrossFit gym (or otherwise become functionally fit) and would prefer a longer introductory period before jumping in to regular classes. Better than a "bootcamp", COURAGE is a thorough introduction to how to move better, eat better, and get stronger, faster, and harder to kill. In other words, you will be better.
