PHASE 1 CLASS SCHEDULE is as follows:
MONDAY through FRIDAY:
morning classes: 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 a.m.
10 a.m. and 11 a.m. (one hour each) is OPEN GYM. Athletes should sign up for open gym in Wodify the same way they do for coach-led classes.
afternoon/evening classes: 4, 5, 6, and 7 p.m. (no 7 p.m. class on Friday)
SATURDAY mornings: 6, 7, 8, and 9 a.m.
During Phase 1 we will not offer specialty classes, e.g. Olympic Lifting. You may use open gym times for your own work.
